Multi layer PCB wiring: requires handling complex signal layering and interference isolation.

Lead free soldering process: using environmentally friendly lead-free solder, combined with 3D SPI (solder paste inspection) and AOI (automatic optical inspection) equipment, to achieve full process quality monitoring. 
Flexible production line configuration: Real time scheduling of production resources through ERP system, supporting flexible demand from 50 sets of trial production to 100000 sets of mass production, avoiding customer equipment depreciation pressure. 
Quality Control and Delivery 
Strict testing process: Conduct comprehensive tests on the electrical performance, voltage resistance, temperature stability, and other aspects of the sample to ensure that key parameters meet the design requirements. 
Fast delivery capability: With the support of the Yangtze River Delta supply chain cluster, 80% of components can be urgently replenished within 2 hours, and the final sample delivery can be completed within 3 weeks and verified by customers.
